No. We have a strong network of local vendors we trust, but we're not going to force you to drop yours. If you have vendors you've built relationships with, we're happy to work with them. Our main goal is that your community gets the best results.
We use Vantaca, the leading management software built specifically for HOAs. Every feature is designed around how boards and homeowners actually operate. Homeowners can make payments, submit requests, view documents, and check the community calendar. Board members get real-time visibility into financials, work orders, violations, and ARC requests. Every homeowner request gets a case number, a full history, and a visible next step.
We follow a structured 30-day transition plan. Your board gets weekly Friday updates throughout the process. We coordinate with your existing vendors, migrate all data into Vantaca, send welcome communications to homeowners, and make sure there's no gap in service. Your board is free to move forward with confidence.
We manage everything from small condo associations to large master-planned communities. Townhomes, single-family neighborhoods, mixed-use developments, recreation associations — if it has an HOA, we've probably managed something like it. We bring the same organized, proactive approach regardless of size.
