Is Your Board Stuck Managing the Details?

Between work, family, and everything else, serving on an HOA board shouldn't be a part-time job. But when projects stall, communication drops off, and homeowners are looking to you for answers, it starts to feel that way.

Every time you drive into your neighborhood, you're reminded of everything that's not getting done.

The right management partner should work in the background, taking care of the details so your board can focus on the big picture.

Get Peace of Mind About Your Community Management

Ascent is a locally-owned Colorado HOA management partner built on one idea: boards shouldn't have to manage their management company.

We combine 4 key components to ensure nothing falls through the cracks:

Strong Processes
Every phone call, email, request, violation, and action item is tracked in a work queue with a clear owner and next step.
Modern Technology
We use a digital system to keep projects, dates, and financials organized. All community records are available to your board electronically.
Proactive Communication
If something needs attention, we reach out first. No waiting, no chasing.
Healthy Managers
We make sure our community managers have a balanced workload so they can give your community the attention it needs.
From 3-unit condo buildings to 1,000-home master-planned communities, our goal is to make the lives of HOA boards easier.

We handle the full scope of HOA management so your board doesn't have to piece things together from multiple providers:

  • Board support: Dedicated manager, meeting facilitation, reserve planning, expert guidance on day-to-day decisions
  • Accounting: AP/AR, monthly financials, collections coordination, tax return and audit coordination
  • Compliance & architectural review: Regular inspections, consistent violation tracking, ARC request coordination
  • Homeowner support: Phone and email response from real people, online portal access, resale support, 24/7 emergency services
  • Vendor coordination: Local vendor network, maintenance coordination, RFPs for projects
  • Technology: Cloud-based management software with online portals for both boards and homeowners

No. We have a strong network of local vendors we trust, but we're not going to force you to drop yours. If you have vendors you've built relationships with, we're happy to work with them. Our main goal is that your community gets the best results.

We use Vantaca, the leading management software built specifically for HOAs. Every feature is designed around how boards and homeowners actually operate. Homeowners can make payments, submit requests, view documents, and check the community calendar. Board members get real-time visibility into financials, work orders, violations, and ARC requests. Every homeowner request gets a case number, a full history, and a visible next step.

We follow a structured 30-day transition plan. Your board gets weekly Friday updates throughout the process. We coordinate with your existing vendors, migrate all data into Vantaca, send welcome communications to homeowners, and make sure there's no gap in service. Your board is free to move forward with confidence.

We manage everything from small condo associations to large master-planned communities. Townhomes, single-family neighborhoods, mixed-use developments, recreation associations — if it has an HOA, we've probably managed something like it. We bring the same organized, proactive approach regardless of size.
