Over the past nine years, my career in the HOA management industry has been nothing short of a journey—one marked by growth, learning, and a deepening passion for customer service excellence. My career started with an entry-level role in Chicago, IL in 2015, where I immersed myself in the intricacies of community management. It was here that I discovered my passion for fostering strong client relationships and delivering service that I knew was exceptional. As I progressed through various roles and levels within different companies, I gleaned valuable insights into the multifaceted nature of HOA management— from financial intricacies to operational nuances.

After relocating to Colorado Springs with my family in 2018, a lingering realization began to crystallize: the industry was ripe for innovation. Armed with a passion for customer service and a desire to integrate with the most cutting-edge technology, I embarked on a new chapter—the inception of my own management company.

The decision to venture into entrepreneurship was not taken lightly as I was leaving a comfortable job I had worked very hard to get and starting a business always includes the risk of failure. But I knew the value a new company would bring to the Colorado market especially one with a commitment to empower communities through seamless management experiences, leveraging the latest advancements in technology.
